Government Ministries

Because AVET’s recorders are small, lightweight and easy to operate they can be located permanently in a meeting room as a static audio and/or video recording system.  Alternatively, our portable units are so quick and easy to set up and use that a meeting could be held in pretty much any location.

Meetings with members of the public seeking action and/or redress could be recorded and used in support of or to counter inappropriate claims.   It is the responsibility to Government to deliver clarity in its activities and where there is doubt as to what was discussed or actions agreed a formal audio or video recording cannot be misinterpreted.

Our recorders can be linked directly into the local secure network for download, storage and, with the appropriate controls and permissions, dissemination of an interview.  Additionally, following a meeting the audio or video output may be quickly downloaded onto up to 3 CDs or DVDs for a permanent record of the meeting.  This delivers a formal and evidential quality recording of a meeting that may be taken away.

Perceptions of what was said vary from individual to individual and can result in significant differences of opinion.  With key participants receiving either a disk recording or knowing the meeting is stored securely reduces the likelihood of misinterpretation after the event with significant saving of time and effort for HR professionals and managers.
